Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect / Team Lead with 6–8+ years of hands-on coding experience and proven leadership skills. The candidate will lead a team working on Python, React, and Laravel projects, while driving innovation with AI tools, ensuring robust RDBMS design, and overseeing DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities: • Team leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide developers across Python, React, and Laravel. • Architecture design: Define scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. • AI integration: Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance product capabilities. • Code versioning: Ensure best practices using Git or similar tools. • Database management: Design and optimize relational databases for performance and reliability. • DevOps practices: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments. • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Required Skills & Experience: • 6–8+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python, React, and Laravel. • Strong knowledge of AI tools and their practical application. • Proficiency in Git or other version control systems. • Solid experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines). • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to balance technical depth with team management. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Exposure to microservices architecture. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
