Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring hospitals and healthcare institutions for Insurance Claim Portal. The role involves strategic sales planning, managing key accounts, building partnerships, and leading the regional sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire medium and large hospitals across Hyderabad and surrounding regions
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Build strong relationships with hospital management, administrators, and decision-makers
Conduct product presentations and demos for hospital stakeholders
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Drive partnerships with hospital associations, TPAs, and healthcare networks
Track sales performance and maintain pipeline in CRM
Coordinate with onboarding and product teams for smooth Implementation
Mentor and guide sales executives (if applicable)
Represent the company in healthcare events, conferences, and networking forums
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
4–8 years of experience in B2B sales / healthcare / SaaS / fintech sales
Prior experience in hospital, insurance, or healthcare ecosystem is a strong advantage
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
